| C.O.D. ORDERS: Must be paid
by check. If customer refuses delivery order, future
COD Orders will not be accepted. |

| We accept Visa, MasterCard.
Personal checks must be pre-printed with name and
address.
A
$20.00 service charge will be charged for all
checks returned from the bank. If more than two
checks are returned within a 6-month period, all
future orders will require payment by cash, certified
check, money order of credit card. |

| Sales tax will be charged
on all items not intended for resale. |

| OPEN ACCOUNTS: |
| Payment terms are Net 15
days. Over due accounts are subject to terms on
invoice. Applications are available upon request.

| All sales are final unless
merchandise in question is defective or shipping
error has occurred. You must notify ABC Balloon
Wholesaler within 15 days after merchandise has
